The King Size bed I booked was comfortable, though the room felt a bit worn and could use an update. Staff seemed distracted; my wake-up call came too late, and luggage assistance was lacking. The absence of regular coffee and cream was disappointing, especially after paying a premium. Cleanliness was uneven, and noise from neighbors crept in. Still, a decent place to lay your head if you can overlook the quirks and enjoy the proximity to flights.

It would have been helpful to have access to an iron and ironing board to freshen up our clothes. we found the heating and air conditioning system to be quite outdated and not very effective in regulating the room temperature. we appreciated the tea and coffee facilities available in the room. It was nice to have the option to make a hot beverage at our convenience. The free toiletries provided in the bathroom were a nice touch as well, although we would have preferred higher quality products. One area that could use improvement is the lack of an AM/FM alarm clock in the room. It would have been helpful to have a reliable alarm clock to ensure we woke up on time for our activities. The flat-screen TV provided some entertainment, although the limited channel selection was a bit disappointing. The carpeted floors in the room appeared worn and in need of replacement. The cleanliness of the room could have been better maintained, as we noticed some stains on the carpet. the room had a dated and worn-out feel to it, which detracted from our overall experience. In terms of location, the Miami International was convenient for our needs, but the lack of clear signage within the airport made it challenging to locate. The website was not helpful in providing directions, and we had difficulty reaching someone by phone for assistance. Despite some of the shortcomings of our stay, we did appreciate the efforts of the friendly restaurant staff and the delicious food offerings available. The views from the restaurant were also quite impressive and added to the dining experience.

The cleanliness of the room was impressive, as was the quick assistance from porters. the facilities need urgent updates. Worn carpets, outdated furnishings, and a lack of basic amenities like a refrigerator detract from the experience. Check-in was painfully slow, and the shower barely reached lukewarm. For a premium price, expectations for comfort and quality should be far higher.

We had a layover and didn't want to venture far from the airport nor did we want to mess with shuttles to the airport. Was perfect to walk off our flight and within a few minutes check into our room! Was worried because of the construction going on and reviews I had read but room was quiet and we slept soundly. the property is located in the International Airport, terminal E floor 2. the bed was comfortable, and the TV has stations with arrivals/departures information. Has all the usual amenities and in-room coffee making equipment.
